A commercial job is judged on two things: whether the place can trade while you are in it, and whether the certificate stands up afterwards. We plan around the first and we are registered to issue the second.
That includes the periodic inspection work that comes back round every few years, so the same contractor who installed it is the one who tests it.

HOW IT WORKS

Designed to BS 7671
The installation is designed against the 18th Edition wiring regulations before anyone picks up a tool.
STEP 03
Installed by our own engineers
Qualified and NICEIC approved. No subcontracted unknowns turning up at your door.
STEP 04
Inspected and tested
Full inspection and test to BS 7671, with every result recorded rather than ticked off.
STEP 05
Certificate in your hand
An Electrical Installation Certificate or Minor Works Certificate, issued by us.
STEP 06
Building Control notified
Notifiable domestic work notified under Part P, on our own Domestic Installer registration.

Ask any electrician for the certificate before the job starts. If the answer is vague, so is the testing.
