These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any work we carry out for you. Those come with your quote, and that is the document that governs the job.
What is on the site
We keep the pages accurate and up to date, but nothing here is a quotation and nothing here is technical advice for your particular property. Prices, availability and the detail of a job depend on what we find when we look at it. A quotation is only binding once we have put it in writing to you.
Accreditations
Any accreditation shown on this site is held by us at the time of publication. If you want to check one, ask us for the registration number and confirm it directly with the scheme. We would rather you did.
The enquiry form
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not book anything in. We will come back to you to arrange it. Please do not use the form to report an emergency, because nobody is watching an inbox at three in the morning. Ring us instead.
