SERVICES

24/7 EMERGENCY CALL OUTS

Lost power at eleven at night.

A tripping board, a dead circuit, or a fault that cannot wait until morning. Ring the mobile, any hour.

WHAT YOU GET

The number that gets answered

An emergency is not a form. If the power is off or something is unsafe, ring the mobile and speak to somebody rather than waiting for an email back.

We will tell you on the phone whether it can wait until morning, because sometimes it can and you should not be paying a call out charge to find that out.

Roughly what are you after?

Pick the closest one, it saves you describing the whole thing twice. Then tell us the rest here, rather than on another page.

Roughly what are you after

Whichever you would rather we use. One is enough.

Goes straight to info@synergyelectricals.co.uk. Every job gets a written quote.

HOW IT WORKS

Six steps, and a certificate at the end of them.

  1. STEP 01

    Free quote, in writing

Tell us roughly what needs doing. A short description is plenty to start with.

  2. STEP 02

    Designed to BS 7671

The installation is designed against the 18th Edition wiring regulations before anyone picks up a tool.

  3. STEP 03

    Installed by our own engineers

Qualified and NICEIC approved. No subcontracted unknowns turning up at your door.

  4. STEP 04

    Inspected and tested

Full inspection and test to BS 7671, with every result recorded rather than ticked off.

  5. STEP 05

    Certificate in your hand

An Electrical Installation Certificate or Minor Works Certificate, issued by us.

  6. STEP 06

    Building Control notified

Notifiable domestic work notified under Part P, on our own Domestic Installer registration.

CERTIFICATION

What a certified installation includes.

What is included with a certified electrical installation, compared with an uncertified one
CERTIFIEDUNCERTIFIED
Full inspection and test to BS 7671, with the results recorded
An Electrical Installation Certificate or Minor Works Certificate in your hand
Building Control notified for notifiable domestic work, under Part P
The installer's actual work assessed by NICEIC, not just their paperwork
A registered contractor answerable to a scheme if something is wrong

Ask any electrician for the certificate before the job starts. If the answer is vague, so is the testing.

OR JUST RING US

Easier to explain out loud?

Ring the office and talk it through with somebody who does the work. The mobiles are answered any hour if it will not wait.
